General information about online purchases at Tårup Strand Camping
Sales and delivery
In the following you will find useful information about using online booking. You can read about how we process your information, how you receive a receipt for a purchase and much more.
Payment
All prices, like everywhere else on the website, are written in Danish kroner, including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly indicated in the situation.
Payment is done using one of the accepted payment cards / credit cards for online booking, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners.
A fee is imposed on all payment cards. Information about trading on the Internet
You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet.

Shipping and delivery
When booking and paying for a cabin, a place for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan or motorhome, you will be presented with a booking confirmation/contract from Tårup Strand Camping, in which the account for your purchase appears.
The contract can be printed from the website after the booking has been completed, and also sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address has been provided by the buyer.
Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Tårup Strand Camping on the day of arrival (and is completed upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract.
The ordered product cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.
Right of cancellation and refund
You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions: If canceled 30 days before arrival or more, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation 29 days to 14 days, 50% is reimbursed. Less than 13 days, no compensation will be made. If you have started your holiday with us, the booked period is binding and cannot be transferred to others. When booking overnight accommodation in the period 01.07.2022 – 03.07.2022, the right of cancellation is waived and it is not possible to cancel your booking.
Complaint handling
If for some reason you do not receive your contract, which confirms your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can contact the campsite at the address below or telephone number.
Complaints about the booking process or the booking itself must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error during a general review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. If you want to advertise after you have returned home, you can write to us at the email address mail@taarupstrandcamping.dk no later than 7 days after departure.
At Tårup Strand Camping, we will do everything to make your stay something very special. However, errors can always occur, and if there are things that you, as a guest, are dissatisfied with, you must contact the reception as soon as possible.
Should a rental unit be inadequately cleaned, or should there be damage to the rental unit that we have overlooked, you must contact the reception immediately after arrival (within 2 hours) in order to have this deficiency rectified.
Complaints about, for example, cleaning that is not carried out until departure, will not be processed. Tårup Strand Camping cannot be held responsible for occurrences of animals and insects, as we are located in a natural area.
